About

Built by someone

needs your words, Chris

This page is deliberately unfinished. The rest of the site can be written from the product, because the product is the argument. This page cannot: it needs your own voice and a photograph, and a version of it written by anybody else would be the one obviously fake thing on an otherwise honest site — to exactly the audience least likely to forgive it.

Four things would finish it:

  1. The change that started this. The specific one — whose client, which record, how long before anybody noticed. Named failures are the whole voice of this site and this is the only place the failure gets to be yours.
  2. Why you built rather than bought. Every prospect will wonder, and the honest answer — that nothing on the market is shaped like an MSP with two hundred clients — is a positioning statement as well as a biography.
  3. Roughly what you have done and for how long. Two sentences. Not a CV.
  4. A photograph. A real one. The audience for this product can spot a stock library at forty paces and will hold it against everything else on the page.

What the product will not do

It will not scrape a provider’s control panel to fake support for an API that does not exist. It will not tell you a change is live because the provider said it saved. It will not let anyone, at any level, skip the hand-check on an MX value. Each of those was a decision with a cheaper alternative.

Where it is

Live, and in private testing with real MSPs and real client domains. Not a prototype and not a finished product — which is why the provider list on this site is divided into what has been proven and what has only been written, and why the pricing page has no numbers on it yet.

Rather talk to a person?

That is generally the fastest way to find out whether this is any use to you. No deck.

No card. No trial clock. UK-hosted, and we will tell you which providers we have actually proven before you ask.
